What does “Certified Organic” mean?
Certified Organic means our products have been independently verified by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) – Australia’s largest organic certifier. This guarantees that our produce is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilizers, or GMOs. Our farms and facilities are audited regularly to ensure compliance with strict organic standards.
Are all Elgin Organic products certified?
Yes! Every single Elgin Organic product carries the ACO certification mark. We don’t use the term “organic” loosely – each product in our range has been independently certified to meet Australia’s strict organic standards. Look for the ACO logo on all our packaging.
What is ACO certification?
ACO (Australian Certified Organic) is Australia’s largest and most recognized organic certification body. Products bearing the ACO logo have been verified to meet the Australian National Standard for Organic and Biodynamic Produce. This includes no synthetic chemicals, no GMOs, and sustainable farming practices.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes, 100%. All Elgin Organic products are non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism free). This is a mandatory requirement for organic certification. Our produce comes from natural, non-genetically modified seeds and plants.
Where are your organic products sourced from?
We source our organic produce from certified organic farms in Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Europe – depending on the product and season. All farms are certified organic and must meet the same rigorous standards. Every product can be traced back to its origin farm.

All deliveries are made in temperature-controlled vehicles and insulated packaging. Our frozen products are packed with dry ice or gel packs to maintain temperatures below -18°C throughout transit. Products arrive frozen – guaranteed!
What is the minimum order value?

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your delivery in real-time and receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it’s been delivered.

How should I store frozen products?
Store all Elgin Organic products in your freezer at -18°C or below. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Use within 3 months of opening for best quality. Never refreeze products that have thawed completely.
What is the shelf life of frozen organic products?
When stored correctly at -18°C or below, our frozen organic products have a shelf life of 12-24 months from production (see best-before date on packaging). Once opened, we recommend using within 3 months for optimal taste and nutrition.
Are there any additives in your products?
Absolutely not! All Elgin Organic products contain nothing but pure organic fruits and vegetables. We never add preservatives, added sugars, artificial colours, flavours, or any other additives. Just 100% organic produce, flash-frozen at peak freshness.
How do I use frozen organic fruits and vegetables?
Fruits: Use directly from frozen in smoothies, or thaw for baking, desserts, and toppings.
Vegetables: Steam, microwave, stir-fry, or add directly to soups and casseroles. No need to thaw – cook from frozen for best results.
Smoothie Blends: Add directly to your blender with liquid and blend until smooth.
Are frozen organic products as nutritious as fresh?
Yes, often even more so! Our produce is flash-frozen within hours of harvest using IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. This locks in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants at their peak. Fresh produce can lose nutrients during transport and storage, while frozen organic produce retains its nutritional value for months.
